Personal Trainer Services in Amersham & Chorleywood

How can a personal trainer help you?

Your first meeting with a personal trainer will be the time that you discuss any goals you may have, what your expectations are and why you have come to a personal trainer. During this meeting, you and your personal trainer will make a safe and healthy plan that keeps you motivated throughout your journey. You may be visiting a PT because you have an injury or condition that makes it hard or unsafe to train without proper support. You could have experienced problems with your weight in the past and are hopeful that a personal trainer will be able to support you to sustain your goals. You may also have been advised to make lifestyle changes by your GP, and a personal trainer will help you to remain accountable for your routines.

Nick Huggett

After leaving 6th Form college Nick qualified as a Personal Trainer with a YMCA Personal Training Diploma in 1998. He immediately found work at the prestigious Champneys Piccadilly, where he enjoyed two stints between 1998 – 2000 and 2001 – 2003. This was broken up by a year spent travelling and playing rugby in New Zealand. After some more adventures travelling abroad between 2003 and early 2004, Nick settled in Chiswick and West London, where he has been working since. In 2008 Nick completed his Foundation Degree in Sport and Leisure at St. Mary’s University. In 2010 Nick started work as a Sports Coach at Eaton House The Manor in Clapham. He has been both Personal Training in West London and at Eaton house since then but is now delighted to be joining the team here.

When Nick isn’t working, he now enjoys running after his two little ones, who are responsible for keeping him fit!

You can speak to Nick directly about working with him by calling 07977 136358.
